SOLUTION:
He has the Eziyaka pre-cast concrete foundation pads delivered with his pole order, as most timber merchants are now stocking Eziyakas.
The 7-day cure and 28-31Mpa crushing strength provides a firm base to take the direct weight of these large poles especially when the pole is fresh out of the tanalising procedure.
I was a little late to on site when I took these photos, but the builder said he utilised the digger for lifting the poles into the holes he had placed the Eziyakas into. This made the temporary timber bracing for alignment easy.
SPECIAL NOTE: When installing poles of this size the 370mm round Eziyaka is the best. RULE OF THUMB. The 260mm round Eziyaka is best suited to the 300mm hole and the 370mm is best suited to holes 400mm>.
REMEMBER THE EZIYAKA SYSTEM IS BRANZ APPRAISED.
