A builder contacted us about using the Eziyaka pre-cast concrete foundation pad system after a retaining wall installer guided him to the product and its benefits.
We discussed the following points of which many are identified in the picture.
Step 1. The lone builder working with the digger driver who initially drilled the holes was able to install all these piles in 1 day.
Step 2. The holes were drilled and then inspected by the engineer and building inspector prior to the Eziyaka’s being installed.
Step 3. The minimum 7-day cured and BRANZ-appraised Eziyaka foundation pads were then installed down to the bottom of the predrilled holes.
Step 4. The digger driver used a chocker chain to lift the poles into their holes ready for bracing.
Step 5. The firm even base the pad offers means the builder is easily able to align his poles using minimum bracing.
Step 6. By utilising the many benefits that the Eziyaka offers, there was only one concrete pump and load of concrete required to achieve this result.
