The Conqra Apache was originally designed to protect and seal where penetrations are made in underfloor underlays, also known as damp-proofing membranes. Typically these occur around plumbing, drainage or electrical penetrations. In the scenario shown, the Apache has been used to seal not only the membrane but the penetration created in our latest innovation the CLEVA POD®. The purpose here is to stop concrete from egressing the hollow plastic void formed during the concrete pouring/laying process.
Again this is creating yet another system. FYI: when these 2 products combined come into play the Apache will be known as the Clevaco Apache instead of the Conqra Apache.
Apache
The Apache is a free control vapour barrier slip joint for penetrations and capping. It is used to prepare sub-floor bases in tandem with the laying of DPM membranes to protect penetrations by underground services, ducts and piles.
