This site is classic Eziyaka, where the owner of this rural property was looking for a solution to overcome difficult site access and comply with the 100mm of concrete that the engineer had specified under the large tana poles.
Whilst the contractor was pre-drilling the holes, the builder was placing the Eziyaka pre-cast concrete pads near them ready to install them using the eyelet hook that has been attached to a suitable length of timber. The hook is supplied FREE OF CHARGE and is typically delivered with the foundation pads when purchased.
Note how the posts have a slight pre-camber alignment for surcharging with minimal bracing required, as the firm base of the Eziyaka enables the builder to roll the pole around.
Lastly, note the setup that the contractor has brought to the site.
- 1 x digger for excavating,
- 1 x digger for upper-level pole installation using its pole grabber
- 1 x hydraulic 1 cube concrete mixer (as concrete trucks cannot access the site’s driveway.)
